About Our Lifetime Support Fee

Many of our churches have requested to purchase ChurchKeeper for a one-time fee, and we now have our lifetime support/subscription fee. A lifetime subscription entitles you lifetime support and upgrades to ChurchKeeper. How long is lifetime support? Currently ChurchKeeper is 100 % compatible with Windows Vista, and support for Vista, is scheduled through 2017. At a bare minimum, you will receive support/upgrades until this date occurs. If ChurchKeeper evolves to another program, you will have an option of continuing on with churchkeeper at no charge. The following is what you receive as a result of the fee:

1) Free Backup of your ChurchKeeper Data to our Backup Servers ensuring you never lose your data even in the event of a hard drive crash.

2) We provide unlimited technical phone support for the calendar year.

3) We provide updates and new releases of the software.

4) We add you to our information database so we can inform you of changes in tax law, etc. that may impact your church.

5) We provide free consultation to help your church grow.

6) We provide necessary changes as they are reported to us from our church base.
