About Our Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are commonplace in today's technical world. The reason is today's software is progressive software. As technology and needs change software needs to change. ChurchKeeper is progressive software. For churches who budget yearly and want to keep expenses to a minimum, ChurchKeeper has a subscription/support fee of $99 due at the beginning of each calendar year (discounts are offered throughout the year), or you can purchase the software with a lifetime subscription.

If you do not obtain the lifetime subscription, orders taken now will have the fee due January of next year. This fee ensures that we can keep you current with Microsoft and the rest of the world as they introduce new enhancements. In today's fast moving computer world, new features can stop you dead in the water, and in the past, we have had to charge support fees. In many cases, this has been a major inconvenience to our clients; as we would receive a call for support, inform them they needed to purchase support. The client would go back to their board to get it approved, and then submit payment, and then we could honor the support. This resulted in much down time for our clients. Our new philosophy guarantees support and upgrades, and is at no additional cost from prior support fees. It also gives us a chance to communicate with each church and articulate necessary growth tools. The following is what you receive as a result of the fee:

1) Free Backup of your ChurchKeeper Data to our Backup Servers ensuring you never lose your data even in the event of a hard drive crash.

2) We provide unlimited technical phone support for the calendar year.

3) We provide updates and new releases of the software.

4) We add you to our information database so we can inform you of changes in tax law, etc. that may impact your church.

5) We provide free consultation to help your church grow.

6) We provide necessary changes as they are reported to us from our church base.
